2. Technology Competence

Accredited Technology Competence must be demonstrated by meeting one of the following criteria:

A degree in an IT-related program (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Informatics, Software Engineering).
At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT field.
Equivalence to 3 years of training on IT topics.

3. English Proficiency

Minimum accredited level of proficiency in English: B2.

Other requirements	Please be advised that the Master’s Programme in International Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence requires mobility across multiple countries as part of its unique structure. While the programme coordination team will assist in facilitating the necessary administrative processes for mobility, it is ultimately the responsibility of each student to manage their relocations and ensure their attendance at the respective universities for each semester. Participation in all scheduled classes in the designated countries is essential to successfully complete the programme. We recommend planning ahead to ensure a smooth transition between locations. Specific requirements for Non-EU applicants: If your documents are in another language other than English you need certified translation. We may contact your home university to confirm your degree. The legalisation of your documents is NOT required at application stage however If you are admitted, you will have to provide the ORIGINAL back-and-forth scanned copy (in PDF format) of your legalised Bachelor’s degree diploma and transcript of records. The legalisation of your Bachelor’s degree diploma and transcript of records is required in order to guarantee the documents’ authenticity. The Master’s Programme in International Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence is a comprehensive, full-time programme designed to provide specialised academic education in the fields of Cybersecurity, Cyberintelligence, and International Relations and Law for Cybersecurity. This programme is collaboratively delivered by four prestigious European universities: the University of Granada (Spain), the University of Minho (Portugal), the University of Padua (Italy), and Vilnius University (Lithuania).
